Taylor is generally known for its bright and airy character that has been their hallmark for many years. The Gold Label models most decidedly buck that trend. Andy Powers had designed a guitar that features a robust low end and midrange balance that is not common in the Taylor line. There is a responsiveness that is perfect for strumming and flat-picking.
