Taylor is generally known for its bright and airy character that has been their hallmark for many years. The Gold Label models most decidedly buck that trend. Andy Powers and Ben Harper had designed a guitar that features a vintage midrange balance and low end that is not common in the Taylor line. There is a responsiveness that is perfect for strumming and finger-picking.
