B.M., M.F.A. from UGA; D.M.A. studies at FSU. Well known as an outstanding solo guitarist and chamber player, Mary has taught classical guitar at MSG since 1986.
She has taken classes with many of the world's finest classical players, including Andres Segovia, and has won prizes in numerous international competitions - including first place in both the Casa de Espana competition in Puerto Rico in 1984 and GFA Competition in Los Angeles in 1985.
Mary is currently chair of the Guitar Department at Kennesaw College.
